At NUWSIO LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, subscription-based video editing services. Because our services involve custom creative work delivered digitally, this Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.

Digital Services Only

NUWSIO provides digital video editing services and does not sell or ship physical products. As a result, returns are not applicable.

Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun during the applicable billing period.

Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was processed.

• You were charged in error.

• We are unable to provide the subscribed service.

• A refund is required under applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.

• No refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

Revisions

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, you may request revisions in accordance with your subscription plan. We encourage clients to use the revision process before requesting a refund.

Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any billing concerns promptly and fairly.
