Welcome to NUWSIO LLC ("NUWSIO," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and subscription-based video editing services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

NUWSIO provides professional, subscription-based video editing services for creators, businesses, agencies, and marketing teams. Our services may include:

  • Video editing

  • Motion graphics

  • Color correction

  • Audio enhancement

  • Subtitles and captions

  • Social media video editing

  • YouTube and promotional video editing

All services are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until your subscription is canceled.

  • Prices may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.

  • Payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time for most editing requests is approximately 48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, the quality and completeness of submitted materials, revision requests, and overall workload.

6. Unlimited Requests and Revisions

Where included in your subscription plan:

  • You may submit unlimited editing requests.

  • You may request unlimited revisions.

  • Projects are generally completed one active request at a time unless otherwise specified in your plan.

  • We reserve the right to apply reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse of the service.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate editing instructions.

  • Own or have permission to use all content you submit.

  • Ensure your submitted content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

  • Respond promptly to requests for clarification when needed.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all original content you submit.

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final edited videos, excluding any third-party assets or licensed materials that may require separate licenses. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights or permissions for content you provide.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NUWSIO may display completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials. If you require confidentiality, please notify us before work begins.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to create or distribute content that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Contains malicious software or harmful code.

  • Promotes fraud, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.

NUWSIO reserves the right to refuse or terminate services that violate these Terms.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because our services involve custom creative work delivered digitally, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUWSIO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable subscription during the billing period in which the claim arose.

12. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
