Digital Delivery Only

NUWSIO does not sell or ship physical products. All video editing services are delivered electronically through secure online methods.

Clients submit their video files and project instructions digitally, and once editing is complete, the finished videos are delivered online.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 48 hours for most editing requests. Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity

  • File size and number of assets

  • Revision requests

  • Incomplete project instructions

  • Peak workload or holidays

If additional time is required, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods

Completed projects may be delivered through one or more of the following:

  • Secure cloud storage links

  • File-sharing platforms

  • Client portal or workspace

  • Email (for smaller files)

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their completed files after delivery.

No Physical Shipping

Since NUWSIO provides digital services only:

  • No physical products are shipped.

  • No shipping charges apply.

  • No shipping carriers are used.

  • No tracking numbers are issued.
